Cebu Landmasters, Inc., is a real estate company principally owned and fully managed by spouses Jose R. Soberano III and Ma. Rosario B. Soberano. The company started initially as a partnership ten years ago and was incorporated on September 2003.

The company has a proven track record with its previously completed residential subdivision projects located in Guadalupe, Cebu City such as theV illa Ester Townhomes.

Presently, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is embarking on various residential projects on the Western part of Cebu, the San Josemaria Villages, particularly in the bustling town of Balamban and Minglanilla. Soon, the company will also be developing its San Josemaria Village in Toledo City. It is also involved in the planning efforts over a major high-end Retirement Village in the Northern portion of Cebu Province.
